Olivia passes her first year viva with an outstanding performance

Congratulations to Olivia on successfully defending her first-year continuation report! Her viva was examined by Professor Omar Pathmanaban (MAHSC Professor of Neurosurgery) and Professor Patrick Caswell (Professor of Cancer Cell Biology).

The examiners commended Olivia’s performance, stating:

“Olivia gave an outstanding viva performance, beginning with an excellent presentation. Olivia showed an excellent understanding of the project background and aims, and was able to discuss the work performed so far and her future aims at a very high level.”
